The Account Manager will work a defined market segment, delivering significant and profitable new business wins by developing short, medium and long-term relationships with potential clients.

 The Account Manager will engage with passive and active client stakeholders to develop relationships that identify, develop and gain new or additional business for the company. In developing the relationships with key stakeholders, HR Directors, Procurement Managers and other Senior Directors the Account Manager will gain trusted status as a specialist in attraction solutions offering expert knowledge and consultancy designed to directly address and influence clients buying decisions.

The Account Manager will develop business opportunities and close sales opportunities that fall within their market sector, recording their activity on Salesforce. Responsible for the management of the ongoing relationship with the client the Account Manager will work to maximise the sales opportunities with their clients as well as ensuring their contract renewal.

The Account Manager will work from the office to initiate their business development activities as well as travelling to client sites as required to develop relationships with key stakeholders, deliver presentations and close sales.

 You should have a proven and demonstrable sales track record on a face to face level, ideally in the online recruitment advertising market. Able to attain a trusted advisor status with client contacts at all levels. An excellent and persuasive communicator at all levels.
