Once you’ve registered, we’ll have an initial chat on the phone with you before progressing to the next stage – a comprehensive and confidential face to face interview. It’s here that we’ll focus on your long term plans and discuss your experience, education, motivation and ambition. Then, and only then, will we identify the opportunities that match your specific criteria and arrange interviews with our clients for you.
Right from the start, you’ll work with a Specialist Consultant to make sure you have the best possible chance of landing that perfect role you’re looking for. What’s more, your Consultant and their team will prepare you thoroughly for each interview stage – there will be no hidden surprises in store! We do this by gaining a vivid insight into our clients’ organisational culture fit and exactly what and who they’re looking for. Then, once you’re in your new role, we’ll stay in touch regularly to ensure your expectations are managed and your career’s heading in the direction you want.
